  1. Wash, peel, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. Wash the apple (I peeled it), grate it on a coarse grater, add to the carrots and mix.
  3. Dressing: peel ginger, cut into pieces and grind in a blender with walnuts. Transfer to a bowl, pour oil, lemon juice and honey. Mix well.
  4. We fill our salad.
