Instructions
Fry the nuts and seeds.
Finely chop the parsley.
Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
Remove the zest from half a lemon and squeeze out the juice.
Prepare the salad dressing: mix lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, honey and linseed oil.
Mix the carrots, parsley, nuts and dressing, let stand for about 15 minutes.
