  1. It took 2 weeks after baking the Easter cake, it almost did not change in appearance and taste, but it was stored in a bag in the refrigerator. I used half of the average cake. Cut the pie into 1 cm thick pieces.
  2. Take milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, whisk.
  3. Take a baking dish, tightly lay out the bottom layer of the pieces of cake. Ideally, of course, bake in the same shape as the baked pie, then you don’t need to customize it. In order to save money, you can also pour powdered sugar here, then you will need less sugar. Pour out half of the liquid mixture.
  4. Peel the apple from the core, thinly slice it or grate it. Put it on top.
  5. On top of the apple layer, tightly lay the pieces of cake, pour the remains. Put in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, bake until cooked and browned for about 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the charlotte with tea, coffee, hot or cold.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
