Grind cottage cheese with softened butter (do not heat the butter!).
Add the sifted flour, mix until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. I kneaded the dough in the evening and only baked it a day later.
Roll out the cooled dough into a layer 1 cm thick, cut out of it with round shapes of different diameters of cakes of two sizes.
Grease the cakes with beaten egg on one side and sprinkle with sugar.
Put the small cakes on the big ones, twist the top, press it with your finger.
Place the cheesecakes on a baking sheet greased with margarine. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 °C until golden brown.
