Hungarian Cheese Cakes with Caramelized Pears Recipe
What we call Hungarian cheesecakes, in Hungary is Called Turos Tashka (turos taska), which translates as "knot" or "purse" with cottage cheese. Very accurate name, because these buns with raised and connected at the top corners of the dough, behind which the filling is hidden inside, really resemble a knot with belongings. Cheese wipe through a sieve.
Add the yolks, sugar, vanilla, beat until mixed. Add lemon zest, mix.
Pears peel and core, cut into small cubes.
In a frying pan melt the butter.
Evenly add 4 tablespoons sugar, not stirring, melt it. Add the sliced pear, mix gently so that each piece of fruit was covered with melted sugar.
Fry for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat, cool.
Defrost the dough.
As a rule, in a package of 2 layers of dough for 250 g.
Cut each layer into 4 squares.
In total we will have 8 pieces.
Each square is rolled out more, moving the rolling pin only in one direction.
So the dough will retain its layered.
In the middle of each square spread 1-2 tablespoons of cottage cheese filling, put it on top of 1 tablespoon of caramelized pear.

Bake in a preheated 180ºc oven until Golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
