Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. The cheese variety can be changed, but remember that the taste of the final dish largely depends on this. If you take a less spicy and salty variety, you will need to increase the amount of salt.
Mix softened butter with grated cheese.
Add flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Knead the dough quickly.
Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
