Flour poured all at once and scroll, it turns out like a baby. Pour water with salt and scroll again until the dough is smooth. Water leaves a little more than 0.5 cups, about two-thirds.
Divide the dough into 8 parts and immediately put in the freezer for cooling. We leave one piece for work.

Scroll sausage or cut shapes of cookies. I do not really like the process of cutting shapes, and I have simplified to a minimum. Rolled on a sheet of baking sheet, and then just moved on to rolling in his hands.
