Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add salt, sugar, butter, eggs. Gradually introducing flour, knead the soft dough. Leave on for 1 hour.
Divided into 12 parts. Each roll out into a long "sausage".
Put on a floured baking sheet, liberally lubricate with beaten egg.
Cheese to grate on a large grater. Sprinkle them sticks.
Sprinkle spices and a pinch of salt over the cheese. Be sure to sprinkle with dry garlic (for taste).
Give to stand for 1 hour and put in a well-heated to 180 degrees oven.
Bake 20-25 minutes until Golden brown.
