We love cheesecakes in different variations.. Yesterday was my birthday.. I decided to experiment… the wartoski turned out to be a cake… and very tasty.. ))) was a great success. Give it a try)))

  1. rub 100 g of butter with 1 cup of flour.. three spoonfuls of cocoa.. and three pieces of sugar…put the mass into the mold.
  2. Mix cottage cheese well with 4 eggs..1 cup of sugar..Pour 50 g of butter (softened.) with vanilla into a mold on top of the creamy flour mass.
  3. Bring 2/3 cup of water to a boil with 50 g of butter and pour 0.5 cups of flour into boiling water to prepare the dough, remove from heat.. add 2 eggs .. stir until smooth.
  4. Put the dough in a bag and squeeze out small portions on cheesecake… squeeze into the curd mass.. gradually raising the cottage cheese
  5. Put in the oven to bake at a temperature of 220 * 40-50 minutes.
  6. Cream… whisk 1 egg white into a foam… add jam in small portions…The resulting cream is poured over our cake..we put it in a cold place for a few hours..Bon appetit!!!)))
