  2. Chop the cookies in a meat grinder or in a food processor or blender.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave.
  4. Add cocoa to the liver and mix.
  5. Then add the melted butter to the crumbled liver and mix.
  6. Spread around the perimeter of the split mold by 26 cm .
  7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes while we prepare the cream.
  8. Prepare the cream. Put 250 g of mascarpone and 200 g of white marshmallows in a glass bowl. Put it in an 800W microwave oven for 2 minutes.
  9. Do it in 2 stages. It is better and more convenient to mix.
  10. Add 150 g of milk and mix. Add 2 tsp lemon juice. This is for half a serving. Repeat the procedure and connect the two masses.
  11. Mix all the cream and pour into the prepared mold. Let the cream harden a little. But not so much that we can decorate. A drop should remain on the surface of the cream.
  12. Proceed to the decor. We will need a thick syrup, a syringe or a pipette.
  13. Drip drops of syrup, starting from the center, in a spiral.
  14. That’s how it should work.
  15. With a toothpick, starting from the center, we draw along the middle of the droplet, without reaching the last drop with our hands. Here is the picture on which we will succeed. Serve on a platter.
