  1. Grind cookies (12pcs) into crumbs (preferably in a food processor). Stir in melted butter. Tamp the cookies along the bottom of the mold (10x19x5 cm) Beat the curd cheese, add cream, vanilla seeds, sugar. Beat everything thoroughly again. Add chopped cookies (4-5pcs). Put in a mold, sprinkle with crumbs of cookies on top and put in the cold for 4 hours.
