The recipe for a simple, fast, satisfying and very delicious Breakfast is based on the Greek recipe – without dough, but with my changes – little Greek cheese pies.

  1. Mash the cottage cheese and feta cheese well with a fork and mix. Try it and add salt if necessary.
  2. Add the dill, semolina, egg yolk and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Roll into a sausage and lightly roll in flour. Cut into 2.5 cm thick washers. Roll the washers on both sides, when molding it round the curd.
  4. Fry in well-heated oil, on both sides, until Golden.
  5. Flip it on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  6. Serve with yogurt and vegetables. Curds are very tender, airy, with a crispy crust.
