Cherry Pie Recipe
The pie turns out to be airy, sweet and sour and just melts in your mouth. The only difference from the original recipe is that I took less cherries (in the original 300 grams.).

  1. Our products: thawed cherries, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, powdered sugar, baking powder and almond petals.
  2. Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Cut the butter into small pieces and add sugar.
  3. Whisk the butter and sugar until light sour cream forms.
  4. Continuing to beat, enter the eggs 1 piece at a time.
  5. Add half of the flour, slowly adding, add baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix everything and add the remaining flour.
  6. Cover the split form with parchment, lay out the dough.
  7. Cherry dough. There were 2 times more cherries in the recipe, but then, in my opinion, the pie will turn out very sour.
  8. Sprinkle almond petals on top and place in the oven.
  9. After 20-25 minutes, to make the cake, check with a toothpick so that the dough does not stick.
  10. The cake should not stick to the knife.
  11. Put a piece of cake on a dessert plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with a sprig of mint.
