For those who prefer light meat in the evening, I suggest this dinner option. The sauce makes this dish simply unique. For those who like it satisfying, you can add a rice side dish.
Finely chop the peeled onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and quickly put them out until transparent.
Add chicken broth or water, ground sweet paprika.
Add the vegetables, cut into small cubes. Salt and pepper.
Put the washed chicken breasts in a frying pan (according to the number of servings), season them with salt and pepper (I use ground white pepper). Cook under the lid for 20-25 minutes.
Transfer the finished breast to a separate plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Immersion blender for chopping vegetables.
Add cream – fresh or thick sour cream.
Serve the chopped chicken breasts in a creamy vegetable sauce. If desired, serve with a side dish (there were 2 people in my family who wanted to).
