Season the pickled chicken pieces with salt and pepper and put them in a frying pan with well-heated olive oil. Fry for about 2 minutes on high heat, make sure that the meat does not burn. Then reduce the heat by half and cook for another 5 minutes.
Then add the onion and lightly fry. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and cook, stirring, for another 2 minutes so that the pieces are thoroughly soaked in the sauce. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Put the finished breast on a platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cover with foil for 5 minutes.
