Instructions
Prepare our products!
Cut the onion and breast into pieces and send it to the meat grinder along with the bread. It will get wet in the future.
Our minced chicken is ready, add pepper, salt, mayonnaise, milk, egg to it. Mix thoroughly.
Beat the minced meat a little.
Pour the flour on a plate and shape the cutlets, then roll in flour.
Pour oil into a preheated frying pan.
Lay out the formed cutlets. They fry quickly. On one side, fry until golden brown without a lid.
Then turn over and cover with a lid. Fry on low heat until tender. Bon appetit to everyone!
