Put the wings in a pan with vegetable oil, salt, season to taste and fry until tender.

Put in a deep bowl mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, grated cheese on a small grater, chopped chicken meat, 1 tablespoon of flour, 3 tablespoons of crackers, paprika, salt and ground black pepper to taste - and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts. From each part, form a tortilla, put the bone in the middle and form an oblong cutlet.
Each cutlet is rolled first in flour, then dipped in an egg (beat the eggs with a fork with a pinch of salt until smooth), then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets until Golden brown in a deep frying pan with enough oil over medium heat.
