Cutlets are lightly fried on both sides
and put them in a ceramic container.
Sour cream is put into
the chicken broth, salt, starch are added, sauce is added
chilli, stir and pour into meatballs.
Chop the carrots and sprinkle them on top
of the chops. Put the bay leaf and put
the container in a hot oven at a temperature of
200 degrees. Meatballs are baked for 30 minutes.
