Chicken Cutlets in Sauce Recipe
Delicious, juicy chicken cutlets with mushrooms and broccoli, baked in sauce.

  1. Mushrooms wiped with a paper napkin. Sliced and fried with onions. Cooled down mushrooms crushed in the shredder. Ground separately, chicken fillet and broccoli inflorescence with garlic. In powdered ingredients broke eggs, added salt and pepper. Minced well stirred. Patties were formed out of 1.5 tbsp. minced, rolled in flour.

  2. Cutlets lightly fried on both sides and put them in a ceramic container. In chicken broth, put the sour cream, poured salt, starch, added sauce chili, stirred and poured into meatballs. Crushed carrots and poured it on top chops'. Put Bay leaf and put the container in hot oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. The meatballs have baked 30 minutes.
