  1. Wash and dry the chicken shanks. Gently pull off the skin. On the meat, make 2-3 incisions on both sides.
  2. Mix the adjika and soy sauce.
  3. Grease the meat with soy-adjika mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with dried herbs, I have parsley.
  5. Return the skin to its place and add a little salt. Leave on the table for 30-60 minutes, but if you marinate longer, you need to put it in the refrigerator.
  6. Fry the shins in vegetable oil.
  7. Transfer to a saucepan, pour in 50 ml of broth (boiling water), simmer for 15 minutes, turn over. Add the washed rice, pour in 1.5 cups of hot water.
  8. Let boil, add mushroom powder, salt. Cover and simmer until the rice is ready.
  9. Place on a platter, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and serve hot. And with a minimum of products and time, you can cook delicious and beautiful!
