Instructions
In a bowl, beat the chicken eggs, and add the mayonnaise, whisk.
Then we rub the cheese there, and add the flour, mix. We put it aside.
Chicken fillet should be spread out into 2 halves, beat off slightly.
And then salt, pepper and sprinkle with seasoning for the chicken, remove to the side.
Chicken fillet is released into the batter, then into a preheated frying pan. Fry on 2 sides for 2-3 minutes, until brown.
