Rinse the chicken liver, boil in salted water, cool and cut into cubes.
Cut tomatoes and peppers into cubes.
Add diced eggs, cut into halves of olives and ready-made liver.
Add 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds to the salad (I’m warming it up in the microwave), season with mayonnaise and mix well. If desired, season with black pepper and seasonings.
Delicious salad is ready. When serving, sprinkle it on top with a second spoonful of sesame seeds.
