The recipe uses homemade mushroom caviar. There is no mushroom caviar item in the list of allowed ingredients and there is no just game item, so you can specify in the notes.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry until golden brown. Add mushroom caviar (I have homemade ginger) and fry everything well together.
Cut the fillet lengthwise into 2-3 layers depending on its thickness. Lightly season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chicken seasoning (optional).
Place thin slices of cheese on the fillet and sprinkle with dill greens.
Spread with mushroom filling.
Place the halves of the quail eggs on the edge of the fillet. You can do without them, it will also be delicious.
Roll into rolls and place on foil squares.
Wrap the edges of the foil up in the form of a boat. Brush the rolls with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven until they are browned, 30 minutes. Look at your oven.
Cool the finished rolls slightly, remove the foil and serve with any of your favorite side dishes. I have rice, homemade dishes and canned corn. Enjoy your meal!
