Chicken Rolls with Tomato and Feta Recipe
An easy-to-prepare and satisfying dish for a home dinner. To prepare it, you will need a minimum amount of products. Great for those who adhere to a proper and healthy diet. This dish is suitable as an independent dinner, it is better to prepare a vegetable salad from fresh vegetables or stewed vegetables as a side dish. A side dish of pasta or potatoes will be very heavy for this dish, since in itself it is quite satisfying and high-calorie.

  1. Prepare all the products from the list. Instead of feta, I prefer fetax, it looks like a bar, which is very convenient, because you can cut the fillets into rectangles along the width. Tomatoes for this purpose are also better to take large ones. Bacon should be cut into strips. I needed twelve strips for six servings. Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken fillet and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. We cut each fillet into plates (I got two plates from one fillet), then beat it off slightly. Rub each plate with garlic (each time updating the clove slice, removing a thin layer from it), sprinkle with dry spices for chicken and salt. Do the same with the other side of the fillet.
