The recipe uses homemade mushroom caviar. In the list of allowed ingredients, there is no position mushroom caviar and there is no position just a game, so you can specify in the notes.
Chop the onion.
Fry until Golden brown. Add the mushroom caviar (I have a homemade preparation of redheads) and fry everything together well.
Cut the fillet lengthwise into 2-3 layers depending on its thickness. Lightly season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chicken seasoning (if desired).
Put thin slices of cheese on the fillet and sprinkle with dill.
Spread with mushroom filling.
Put the quail egg halves on the edge of the fillet. You can do without them, it will also be delicious.
Roll into rolls and place on foil squares.
Wrap the edges of the foil up in the form of a boat. Grease the rolls with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven until nicely browned, 30 minutes. Look at your oven.
Ready-made rolls slightly cool, free from foil and serve with any of your favorite side dishes. I have rice, home-made dishes and canned baby corn. Bon Appetit!
