Have bread cut peel and to soak in milk. Chop the onion coarsely and fry until Golden brown.
In the minced meat add lightly pressed bread and onions, all together pass through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper, seasoning to taste, egg and mix well. Then repel the minced meat and remove to the cold.
Peel onions and mushrooms for filling.
Onions cut very finely, mushrooms-small cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown,
add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and saute until the liquid is evaporated.
Put the filling in a bowl and cool. Grate a little cheese on a coarse grater, about 2 tbsp., and add to the filling. Add chopped greens. Stir.
Grate the rest of the cheese on a fine grater.
Shape the minced meat into balls and place them on a greased baking sheet,
Flatten hand, giving a round shape, and make the recesses on top. Lightly fry the meatballs from the bottom.
Fried meatballs put in a baking dish. In deepening put the stuffing, brush with mayonnaise or sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and place in hot oven.
Bake until tender.
Serve one or two meatballs per serving with potatoes and fresh vegetables.
