  1. Take the toasted bread, cut off the crusts.
  2. Roll out the bread with a rolling pin. If the bread is not fresh enough, put it in the microwave for five seconds, so it will be easier to roll it out.
  3. Brush the bread with melted butter.
  4. Grease muffin molds with butter, too.
  5. Put the rolled bread into the mold, press the bottom well, bake for 5-7 minutes in the oven (180 * C).
  6. We proceed to the preparation of the salad. Mushrooms (canned) are washed with running water, warmed up a little in the oven.
  7. Chop the chicken fillet thinly, sprinkle with spices, which you like, I took for potatoes. Fry in a hot frying pan on both sides until tender.
  8. Cut mushrooms and gherkins.
  9. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  10. Mix everything in a salad bowl, add green peas, dill greens and season the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise to taste.
  11. Fill the bread baskets with salad and serve to the table. P.S. I have prepared only 6 bread baskets, for example, there is more salad, so you need to make about the same number of baskets for the festive table.
