  1. Wash the onion and pepper, peel and cut into large pieces. Rings of hot pepper.
  2. Wash and dry the chicken thighs. Take a convenient baking dish, put the onion and pepper on top of the thigh.
  3. Put cumin, coriander, allspice and ground black pepper, curry in a mortar. Grind with a pestle.
  4. Add salt, vegetable oil, mix.
  5. Brush the pepper and chicken with oil and spices.
  6. Place the mold in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake until the chicken is browned, for 50 minutes.
  7. The dish is served hot. Enjoy your meal!
