  1. Cut half of the onion, fry together with the mushrooms in a separate frying pan. In general, the ideal mushrooms for this recipe are shiitake, but not everyone likes them, so I took champignons.
  2. I bought a vegetable mixture (string beans, carrots, corn, bell peppers and green peas), thawed and fried in vegetable oil until tender, salted and peppered.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the vegetables.
  4. Start typing rice. I boiled the rice almost to readiness, it is cooked in a frying pan.
  5. When all the rice is in the pan, add the broth (I had chicken), a little water, the rice should not float!!! And add soy sauce, I wrote 3 tablespoons, because the sauce is different in concentration, so it’s individual: like sour, pour more!
  6. Cover with a lid, simmer, stirring occasionally, because there is not much broth, everything will be stewed for 30 minutes.
