Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sifted flour and cocoa. Stir well.
Mash the bananas with a fork or mash them with a blender.
In another bowl, combine the egg, vegetable oil, yogurt and crushed banana. Stir until smooth.
Next, chop the chocolate.
Gradually add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix until the ingredients are combined.
Add the chocolate and mix gently.
Put the dough in the prepared muffin molds, fill them with three-quarters of the volume.
Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with sugar (about 1 tsp for each muffin).
Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until tender.
Place the cooled muffins on a plate and serve.
