Instructions
  1. These are original products. Chocolate can be taken of one type to taste or take 2-4 varieties: milk, dark, bitter, white. I have dark chocolate and some white. Take halva to taste, even sunflower, even tahini, even peanut. I have peanuts.
  2. Then everything is very predictable and simple. Break the cookies and put them in the bowl of a blender. You can also skip through a meat grinder.
  3. Crush the cookies into crumbs. Especially you can not try, because you will have to grind again.
  4. Add halva slices to the liver.
  5. Now turn everything into a fairly homogeneous mass. Pour the mass into a bowl and mix with a spoon, kneading the stuck halva particles.
  6. Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and lay out the pieces of chocolate.
  7. Stir with a spoon until the chocolate has completely melted.
  8. Pour the chocolate mass into a bowl with cookies and halva.
  9. Knead thoroughly. Send the mass to the cold for at least 1 hour. I had an hour and a half.
  10. From the thickened cold mass, we sculpt small “potatoes” with our hands, the mass turns out to be very obedient, does not stick to the hands, rolls out well.
  11. Roll the finished cakes in a mixture of powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Yes, you can roll in coconut chips and ground nuts, trusting your own imagination and taste.
  12. Put the cakes in paper molds and send them to the cold for 2 hours. Be patient for a while longer and … Incoming! Enjoy your tea!
