Today I have an evening tea party in blue tones. It's raining outside, and in this weather you want a Cup of something warming. The choice fell on coffee and chocolate muffins with halva. Chocolate and halva-in my house not drafts, but warm winds of the East blow... Very soft.
Prepare the ingredients for the dough: eggs, sugar, margarine, melt, sour cream, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, grated halva.
Eggs, sugar, melted margarine-beat all together.
To mass pour grated on a large grater halva.
Add sour cream and stir, beat with a mixer at low speed.
Sifted flour with sifted cocoa powder and baking powder to connect. Pour the halva mixture.
In silicone molds insert paper sockets (like baking cupcakes right in the sockets, so a little smeared their bottom and walls with sunflower oil).
Pour the dough as sour cream, filling 2/3) and bake in the oven at t=180 gr. 15 minutes, checking the readiness of the splinter. The cupcakes are a bit to settle because of its lightness (not to be scared of!!) staying tall and beautiful.
Prepare the glaze. You can take the purchase (for example, vanilla), add 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a little hot water.
All stir and pour 2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
Cover with icing hot cupcakes. Decorate (sprinkle, as option, pearl blue confectionery balls).
