  1. Add salt, sugar, yeast and butter to the warm milk. Mix well.
  2. Add flour and knead the elastic dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours until the dough increases in volume.
  3. Knead the dough and roll it out into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Grease the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
  4. Roll the nuts through a meat grinder and place on top of the cinnamon. Roll the dough layer into a roll.
  5. Cut the roll into portions and place on a baking sheet covered with a baking mat. Cover the buns with a towel and let them rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Then grease the buns with beaten egg and send them to the oven at 190 g until ready.
