“Caesar” is probably one of the first “not our” salads, which took root and became a favorite among many. And this is understandable: the combination of fresh lettuce leaves, crispy croutons and spicy mayonnaise dressing with anchovies and parmesan will not leave you indifferent.
Put the chicken fillet on a double layer of foil, pour orange juice, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper, add a sprig of rosemary, wrap in an envelope. Repeat the same with the second fillet. Cook it in the oven at 220 °C for 35 minutes.
Mix olive oil with 1 clove of garlic, passed through a press, and chili flakes.
Pour the mixture onto the baguette cubes, mix well. Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes to make the croutons crispy and golden.
Cut the finished chicken fillet into medium-thick slices. Do not pour out the juice from the foil.
Make chips from one third of the cheese, and grate the rest on a fine grater.
Fry the bacon and dry it on paper napkins.
Cut lettuce leaves into squares. Put the chicken, pepper, parmesan chips and croutons on top.
