Instructions
Cut the egg into small cubes.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut into small cubes.
Pepper (I have two colors) , too, cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the salad.
Put the cod liver on top, if the pieces are large, pre-chop (cut into slices). Drizzle with olive oil.
Garnish with finely chopped onion.
Serve the mayonnaise separately.
The final touch is freshly ground pepper.
