  1. Grind the coffee with a coffee grinder.
  2. Pour 150 ml of cold water and make coffee, adding a pinch of salt.
  3. Rub the egg well with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
  4. Heat the milk in a saucepan and pour the egg mixture into it.
  5. Strain the brewed coffee and pour it in too. In this form, you can serve a drink to the table.
  6. If you want to make it as a dessert, add gelatin and mix well. Arrange in cups and cool well.
