Brown sugar is perfect for this dessert, as it has a pleasant caramel taste and goes well with coffee.

Cook in a water bath until thickened. As soon as the mixture begins to thicken, pour in the swollen gelatin and stir well.
Pour the dessert into the molds (it can be cremans, beautiful glasses or coffee cups. You can also use silicone molds).
Put it in the refrigerator until the gelatin is completely solidified (2-4 hours)Sometimes this dessert is decorated with whipped cream and grated chocolate, but it is delicious without these additions!
