  1. First I made salted caramel. 50 g of sugar is poured into a saucepan with a thick bottom and cooked over low heat, stirring constantly, until completely dissolved. Then the remaining 50 g was poured in . Put butter in the dissolved sugar and pour hot, fatty cream.
  2. I added salt to the caramel and cooked it a little more five minutes. The caramel turned out to be like a thick syrup. She sifted the flour into a bowl and slowly poured the caramel from the cold flour into it. She kneaded the dough with her hands in a bowl. It turned out to be elastic and did not stick to your hands. Crumble the milk chocolate with a knife and mix it with the dough.
  3. The dough was torn off and rolled into balls the size of a walnut. I flattened the ball with my palm, pressed it with a meat hammer and made a drawing.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
