Mix flour and semolina + salt in a bowl.
Then make a funnel in the center of the slide,
Beat in the eggs, add sour cream.
Start kneading in this funnel, gradually capturing a new amount of flour. First with a fork or spoon, then with your hands.
When the dough begins to gather into a ball.
Add the ricotta, mashed with a fork.
Cheese and hard cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Mix.
Add ground turmeric.
I grated the root on a fine grater.
Add the pumpkin to the same place.
I cut it into pieces, boiled it until soft in the microwave, then mashed it with a fork.
If you have a small pumpkin, it can be cut into two parts, cleaned of seeds. And bake in the microwave until soft.
Then take out the desired amount with a spoon.
Lightly mix the pumpkin with turmeric.
Pour vegetable oil over it.
Knead the soft dough, roll it into a ball.
Cover with a napkin, let the dough stand for 20 minutes.
Now roll out into a layer 0.5 cm thick.
Sprinkle with dry basil, roll it out a little with a rolling pin in the dough.
Make a marking of the dough with an ordinary grill from the oven.
Cut into strips.
Each strip, taking the edges, roll up to get such a spiral.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Like all products with cheese, it is very tasty in a warm form.
