Mix flour with sugar and butter until crumbs form.
Add cottage cheese and baking powder, knead the dough.
It should be elastic and homogeneous.
Roll out the dough.
Put the dough into the mold, forming the sides. I have my oldest and most reliable detachable mold with a diameter of 26 cm. It is better not to take a smaller size. But you can get big! This is if you like to roll out the dough thinner.
For the filling, I took homemade applesauce, it is with the addition of condensed milk.
Add milk to it, 2 packages of dry vanilla pudding. Mix well. The mass becomes thick. Pour the cream on the dough and smooth it out.
Fold the sides of the dough inside in a circle.
For the streusel, mix flour, sugar and butter and sprinkle the pie.
Put in a preheated 200 – 220 degree oven for 40-60 minutes. Cool the cake and drink tea!
