Pies made from the Perfect Lean Yeast Dough Recipe


This is our family recipe for a test that is very many years old. For me and my family, the recipe is really perfect, verified and measured over the years. The dough does not require kneading, easy to work, ideal for fried pies, doughnuts and buns. Products made from this dough remain fresh and airy for a long time, although they do not stay-they fly away at the moment!
