  1. Products for casseroles. I have frozen spinach. Sour cream and semolina were not included in the frame, because initially I had a different idea, and I had to make adjustments in the process. Put in a bowl: finely chopped dill, salt, black pepper, sugar, eggs, cottage cheese, cheese and beat with a blender.
  2. Then add finely chopped spinach (frozen pre-thaw), milk, semolina, sour cream and beat again until more or less smooth.
  3. Split the form d=20cm. cover with baking paper, oil and sprinkle with semolina, shake off excess. Put half of the curd mixture on top, randomly scatter part of the dried cranberries. Then put the remaining mixture on top of the cranberries again.
  4. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven until ready. My casserole was ready in 40 minutes. !! BE GUIDED by the work of YOUR OVEN!!
  5. Cool and when serving, if desired, sprinkle with chopped dill or just throw twigs.
