  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, cocoa and baking powder.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Grate the butter on a coarse grater.
  4. RUB your hands into a fine crumb.
  5. Next, prepare the curd layer. Separately in a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch.
  6. Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
  7. Form for baking (I have 19×19 cm) if necessary, cover with baking paper or foil and grease with vegetable oil (1 tsp). Put 1/3 of the chocolate chips.
  8. Top with 1/2 of the curd mass.
  9. Next, distribute another 1/3 of the chocolate chips, then distribute the rest of the curd and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Then carefully remove the pie from the mold.
  10. Ready pie can be served to the table.
