Crunchy Danish Bread “Tiger” Recipe
I offer you an extraordinarily delicious and spectacular-looking bread. It can be baked with one loaf, or it can be in the form of small rolls. Here the secret lies in the “tiger” coating… The combination of airy bread (with an incredibly light crumb) and a crispy crust will appeal to everyone!

Instructions
  1. First, spread everything on bread. It’s not difficult at all! Mix yeast, sugar, milk (warm) and water (warm). Leave until bubbles appear.
  2. Add only 150 g of flour and mix until smooth. Leave in a warm place until foam (caps) forms.
  3. As soon as you see a thick foam, add oil and salt. Start adding flour in parts and knead well! Long. Pleasant and gentle.
  4. You may need plus/ minus another 50 grams of flour.
  5. That’s all she wrote. The dough is almost ready. Cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm and quiet place. The dough should rise twice. Knead the dough lightly. I forgot to take a picture: either roll the ball and cut it into 6 pieces, or form a sausage. And in any case, divide it into 6 parts. Form balls and set aside for now. Cover with a towel.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the sprinkles. I was in such a hurry to make this wonderful bread that I did not run around the shops and look for rice flour, but ground it myself. It’s hard work, but it’s a way out. Mix water, yeast, sugar, butter, salt. And wait for the bubbles to appear.
  7. Add flour, the consistency should be like sour cream. And here’s my rice flour.
  8. Preheat the oven to 170. Meanwhile, our buns are growing up, and the filling has also slightly thickened and grown. Brush our buns with sprinkles. Maybe less. I think that store-bought flour will be more elastic in the sprinkling.
  9. We put our buns in the oven. At a temperature of 170, bake for 25 minutes. Increase to 190 and another min. 7… See for yourself, magic will happen there…
  10. It is very interesting to see how the buns will be covered with a “tiger” pattern.
  11. Cool on the grill and try it as soon as possible. The crumb turns out to be tender and light, slightly sweet. The crust turns out crispy… It’s impossible to resist!
