Prepare the filling:
combine cottage cheese, eggs, chopped herbs and salt.
Stir well.
Cut the pita bread into strips measuring 10 by 30 cm.
Spread on one corner strips about 1.5 tbsp of the filling.
Collapse a triangle.
So collapse all the triangles.
Preheat the grill pan and grease it with vegetable oil using a cooking brush or spray. Put the pita triangles on a preheated grill pan and fry on both sides.
