Instructions
Cucumbers cut into thin long strips.
Add sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper, paprika and mix. Cut the pepper into strips.
In a dry pan, fry the sesame seeds and mustard (1 min).
Add the vegetable oil to the seeds and add the pepper. Fry together for another 1-2 minutes.
Mix cucumbers and pepper, add a clove of garlic, finely chopped parsley. If the salt is not enough, you can add salt.
Serve immediately, you can cool for 20 minutes in the refrigerator to infuse.
