Ingredients

Yogurt

Lemon juice

tablespoon
Olive oil
Allspice
(to taste)

Instructions
Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes, add salt and let stand for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the olives (I have 8 parts).
Cut the green onion into thin rings.
Remove the seeds from the pepper, WASH WELL and cut into strips. Finely chop the dill.
Mix yogurt with lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt, pepper and mix with chopped parsley, dill and onion.
Add cucumbers, olives, chili pepper. Stir, and the salad is ready.
Serve chilled with a piece of dried bread.
