Cover the strawberries with sugar, then boil. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
In a blender, chop the strawberries into puree.
Chop the cookies, add half the cream, mix.
Mix the cheese with cream until smooth, add egg, vanilla sugar, zest of half a lemon, a few drops of lemon juice, cookies and mix well again.
Add 3 tablespoons of chilled strawberry puree. Mix well.
Grease the mold with oil, cover the bottom with baking paper (you can cover the mold with cling film). Pour the resulting curd mixture into the mold. For this amount, the form should be small, about 400 ml.
Be sure to cover with cling film and send it to the steamer for 35 minutes.
Let the pudding cool, remove from the mold.
Use a mold to make a hole in the center and take out a portion of pudding with a teaspoon. Take out the mold and fill the cavity with the filling.
You can sprinkle the pudding with coconut chips or chocolate chips.
