Cottage cheese muffins are incredible yummy. I often bake them for tea. Everyone in my family loves muffins, and kids and adults! They are very tender, porous, airy and insanely delicious. Recommend!

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the eggs, sugar (if you like sweet pastries, then add a little more sugar), vanilla sugar, salt. Beat white.
