Cutlet Turkish Recipe
There are several options for cooking these cutlets, two of them are presented on the website. I will show you another very delicious recipe for this Turkish dish – with warm stringy cheese as a filling. For a New Year’s table, this is what you need – both hot, and a side dish, two in one, and portions.

Instructions
  1. We will need 100 grams of high-quality cheese. Rub half and add to the puree, and use the rest as a filling.
  2. Add salt, pepper, cumin, finely chopped onion and bread soaked in milk to the minced meat. Take minced meat to your taste, ideally beef, lamb or mixed. I have turkey + beef. Knead the minced meat thoroughly, whisk it and put it on the table.
  3. Boil the peeled potatoes, add milk, butter and cheese, and prepare mashed potatoes. Add salt if necessary. If you want to put the relief puree, then put it in a pastry bag, but you can use a regular spoon.
  4. Form round cutlets from minced meat, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, make indentations in the center (do not use foil, do not repeat my mistakes, the cutlets are very difficult to take out later). Place in the oven, preheated to 200 C, for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the remaining piece of cheese into large cubes.
  6. Take out the cutlets, put a slice of cheese in the center.
  7. And lay out the mashed potatoes in heaps with a pastry bag or spoon. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce.
