Products.
Pour flour into cold milk, mix and put on fire. Cook until lightly thickened, stirring constantly. (it’s very fast, I have about 2-3 minutes left)
Remove from the heat, add the butter and mix.
Finely chop the onion and put it out in a small amount of butter.
Add the cream mass, onion and egg to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Form cutlets (moisten with water with your hands), roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry on both sides until a crust forms, cover and bring to readiness.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
